Information is used to review applications, present approved talent profiles, manage accounts, respond to enquiries, coordinate bookings, communicate casting opportunities, maintain security and improve the website.

3. Public model profiles

Only approved profile information selected for public presentation is displayed in the model directory. Sensitive account credentials and internal administration notes are not intended for public display.

4. Sharing

Relevant profile and booking information may be shared with clients, production teams, represented talent and service providers where necessary to assess or coordinate a legitimate project. We do not sell personal information.

5. Storage and security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to restrict access, validate uploads and protect application data. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Retention

Records are retained for as long as needed for representation, booking, legal, operational or security purposes. Unsuccessful or withdrawn applications may be removed when no longer required.
